In this study, the effect of Fe content on the abrasion behavior of TiC–Fe nanocomposite coatings applied on the CK45 steel substrate by air plasma spray method was investigated. For this purpose, milled TiC powder was prepared at 1, 2, 3 and 4 h milled TiC powder for 4 h was selected as the suitable sample. In the next step, a suitable sample mixture with different iron powder concentrations of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25% was prepared by mechanical milling. The granulated mixture was applied to the substrate using air plasma spray technique. Microstructural and phase analyzes were performed using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). According to the results of Williamson-Hall calculations, the TiC crystallites' size decreased by 49 nm–29 nm, and network strain reached 0.16% by increasing milling time from 1 h to 4 h. Studies have shown that the coatings contain titanium carbide, iron oxide, and titanium oxide, with the number of phases formed depending on the amount of iron in the chemical composition. Investigation of the tribological properties of the coating layer showed that with increased iron content in the coating, the wear resistance of the samples is reduced. Hardness tests on coatings indicate that adding iron to nanocomposite from 5 to 25% reduces hardness from 1025 to 699 Hv. It can be argued that a slight increase in the adhesion strength of the coating to the substrate is due to increased wettability because of the formation of molten iron in the coating.  相似文献

Phase evolution, dielectric properties, breakdown strength, and energy-storage performance were studied by varying K2O content in K2O-BaO-Nb2O5-SiO2 glass-ceramics. It was found that dielectric loss with the increase of K2O content increases owing to the un-crystallized K2O into the glass network, while dielectric breakdown strength firstly increases and then decreases due to the competition between two physical mechanisms, i.e., interfacial polarization and bridging-oxygen bond broken by the non-bridging oxygen ions. With the increase of K2O content, energy-storage density firstly increased up to 12.06±0.69 J/cm3 with a high breakdown strength of 1973 kV/cm, and then decreased. Also, the discharged efficiency is obtained as a high value of 92% from P-E hysteresis loops.  相似文献

Cluster ensembles have been shown to be better than any standard clustering algorithm at improving accuracy and robustness across different data collections. This meta-learning formalism also helps users to overcome the dilemma of selecting an appropriate technique and the corresponding parameters, given a set of data to be investigated. Almost two decades after the first publication of a kind, the method has proven effective for many problem domains, especially microarray data analysis and its down-streaming applications. Recently, it has been greatly extended both in terms of theoretical modelling and deployment to problem solving. The survey attempts to match this emerging attention with the provision of fundamental basis and theoretical details of state-of-the-art methods found in the present literature. It yields the ranges of ensemble generation strategies, summarization and representation of ensemble members, as well as the topic of consensus clustering. This review also includes different applications and extensions of cluster ensemble, with several research issues and challenges being highlighted.  相似文献

Cobalt ferrite-graphene nanoplatelets ((CFO)1-x(GNPs)x) nanocomposites are promising for efficient photocatalysis and high-performance supercapacitors. Multifunctional (CFO)1-x(GNPs)x nanocomposites prepared via facile chemical method have been investigated for their physio-chemical characteristics like crystal structure, morphology, chemical composition, optical properties, infrared vibrational modes, photocatalytic and supercapacitor applications. Interestingly, the photocatalytic activity of CFO nanostructures has been improved significantly from 38.3% to 98.7% with the addition of graphene which can be attributed to control over recombination of charge carriers. It is also found that the specific capacitance of the prepared (CFO)1-x(GNPs)x nanocomposite electrode at 0.5 Ag-1 is three times higher than that of only CFO based electrode which could be due to the conducting nature of graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs). The enhanced photocatalytic and improved electrochemical characteristics suggest the effective use of prepared nanocomposites in water purification and supercapacitor nanodevices.  相似文献

Ensemble clustering is a recently evolving research direction in cluster analysis and has found several different application domains. In this work the complex ensemble clustering problem is reduced to the well-known Euclidean median problem by clustering embedding in vector spaces. The Euclidean median problem is solved by the Weiszfeld algorithm and an inverse transformation maps the Euclidean median back into the clustering domain. In the experiment study different evaluation strategies are considered. The proposed embedding strategy is compared to several state-of-art ensemble clustering algorithms and demonstrates superior performance.  相似文献

Silica nanoparticles, prepared by the Stober method, have been doped with Eu3+, Dy3+, or processed to result in Au nanoparticles on the silica surface. The luminescence of the rare earth (RE)-doped SiO2 particles has been studied as a function of the nature of the RE, their concentration and also of the presence of Au nanoparticles at the surface of the SiO2 nanoparticles. We have shown that the Eu3+ emission is observable over the experimental conditions examined, whereas it was not possible to observe any emission for Dy3+ doped materials. No enhancement of the Eu3+ emission was observed following the adsorption of gold nanoparticles at the surface of the SiO2 nanoparticle, however an excitation at 250 nm leads to both the emission of the matrix and Eu3+ showing an energy transfer from the SiO2 matrix to Eu3+ ions.  相似文献

Present article report on structural and optical properties of Er3+/Yb3+ codoped CaWO4 phosphors. Structural properties are explored using XRD and Raman technologies. The upconversion emission has been investigated with 980 nm excitation. The upconversion emission intensity is dependent on the concentrations of Yb3+ ions and reaches a maximum at 7%. Logarithmic plots of power dependencies reveal that the green and red emissions originate from a two-photon upconversion process. Based on the photon energy and the emission spectra, the possible upconversion processes and emission mechanisms are discussed. Finally, the optical temperature sensing properties has been performed using the fluorescence intensity ratio technique based on green upconversion emissions. Its temperature sensitivity is found to be above 0.0025 K-1 in the whole temperature range of 300–540 K, revealing this phosphor to be a promising optical temperature sensing material.  相似文献

Glass samples of [GeSx]90I10 (x = 1.5, 1.7, 2.0, 2.3, 2.45, 2.6) compositions were prepared, and some their thermal, optical properties as well as tendency to crystallization were investigated. The compositional dependences of glass transition temperature, volume fraction of crystallized phase and activation energy of glass formation (Eg) have nonmonotonic character with a maximum for [GeS2.0]90I10 glass. Glasses of 85.8GeS2–14.2GeI4 and [GeS1.5]90I10 compositions are identified as promising for preparation of optical fiber. For the first time, Ge–S–I glass fibers were produced. Minimum optical losses in 85.8GeS2–14.2GeI4 glass fiber were 2.7 dB/m at a wavelength of 5.1 μm, and that in [GeS1.5]90I10 glass fiber were 14.5 dB/m at 5.5 μm.  相似文献

The isothermal annealing behaviors of a magnesium alloy AZ31, deformed by multi-directional forging (MDF) at ambient temperature to cumulative strains ranging from 0.2 to 1.5, was investigated at 473 K. The deformed microstructure is characterized by several types of twins formed in various directions during MDF and their intersections with one another. The Johnson–Mehl–Avrami–Kolmogorov (JMAK) plots of Xrex-t curves are approximated by a linear relationship with an exponent of 2.6 at early stages of annealing irrespective of prior strains, but always break at long times, leading to lower values of the exponent. The non-linear JMAK plots may result from the inhomogeneity of deformed microstructures. The annealing process is composed of new grain formation at the intersections and subsequent large-distance migration of their boundaries, that is discontinuous static recrystallization (dSRX). The annealing characteristics of the cold-deformed Mg alloy are discussed comparing with the contrastive ones of the hot-deformed alloy.  相似文献
